Background story

Mr. Bumble and Tom Puss have returned from the Far East on the Albatross. A grateful fakir had the ship, loaded with flying carpets, fly back to Rommeldam.

But upon arriving at the harbor, the carpets refuse to stay put; they want to fly, and the ship swings back and forth like a mad albatross. Will the fakir manage to calm his carpets?
